Prepare CUET UG application images
Keep the admission photo and signature separate while matching the very different file-size ranges configured for the two CUET UG uploads.
CUET UG admission photo
The Photo tab uses a 200x230 px portrait and allows a broad 10-200 KB range for the candidate image.
Small signature target
The Signature tab uses 140x60 px and a 10-50 KB range, which calls for a clean source with little empty paper.
Different compression needs
A CUET photo can be much larger than the signature, so the page applies the correct KB target only after you choose the document type.
Admission-ready JPG output
Both presets produce JPG files, keeping the output format consistent while their pixel dimensions remain independent.
Portrait and handwriting crops
The editor changes from a near-portrait photo frame to a short signature frame so each source is positioned for its actual use.
Check small signature detail
Because the signature must stay at or above 10 KB, inspect the final strokes for readability before attaching the file to the CUET UG form.
Prepare CUET UG photo and signature files
Resize the admission portrait and signature separately, then verify each one against the active CUET UG output card.
Choose the CUET upload
Open Photo for the 200x230 candidate image or Signature for the 140x60 handwritten file.
Fit the source to its frame
Center the face for Photo, or trim excess white space while keeping the whole signature visible on the Signature tab.
Meet the active KB range
Create the JPG and confirm the photo is within 10-200 KB or the signature within 10-50 KB before using it.
Prepare CUET UG upload images
Create the undergraduate application photo and signature with separate dimensions and file-size targets.
CUET UG photo and signature FAQ
Answers about the admission photo dimensions, the smaller signature file and JPG output.
The CUET UG Photo preset is 200x230 px with a 10-200 KB target and JPG output.
The Signature preset is 140x60 px and 10-50 KB in JPG.
The signature is a compact handwritten strip with fewer visual details than a portrait. This page therefore uses the tighter range configured for that upload.
Yes. A supported source format can be opened in the editor and the CUET UG preset exports the processed result as JPG.
The final signature is only 140x60 px and must fit within 10-50 KB, so excessive white margins reduce the useful space available for handwriting.
Yes. The Photo preset on this page allows 10-200 KB, which is intentionally broader than the Signature range.
The preset keeps the configured 200x230 or 140x60 canvas while adjusting the JPG output to meet the active file-size target.
Yes. Compare the generated Photo and Signature with the live CUET UG application instructions before submitting them.
