The railway candidate photo is square while the signature is a narrow strip, but both use the same configured 30-70 KB range.

The RRB Photo tab uses a 240x240 px square canvas for the candidate image instead of a conventional portrait rectangle.
Wide signature file
Switch to 140x60 px for the handwritten signature so the railway photo settings do not alter the signature shape.
