FEATURES

Prepare the MPESB combined image

MPESB uses one JPG containing both photo and signature. The 200x300 px, 200 DPI preset stays inside MPOnline’s published 120-200 px width, 200-300 px height and 100-300 DPI ranges.

One combined JPG

MPESB requires the photo in the upper part and the signature in the lower part of the same JPG image.

200x300 safe target

ResizeBox uses 200x300 px, the upper edge of the official 120-200 px width and 200-300 px height ranges.

30-200 KB range

The combined JPG is compressed into the MPOnline 30-200 KB file-size window.

200 DPI output

The preset uses 200 DPI, which sits inside the published 100-300 DPI range.

Prepare the template first

ResizeBox resizes a completed combined image; it does not place a separate photograph and signature into the MPESB template.

Keep name and date readable

MPESB instructions require a clear photograph with candidate name and photo date; inspect that text after resizing.

HOW IT WORKS

Resize the MPESB combined image

Start from the completed MPESB photo-and-signature template, then resize and compress the whole image together.

STEP 1

Prepare the combined source

Place the photo above and signature below using the MPESB / MPOnline template before opening ResizeBox.

STEP 2

Upload the completed JPG

Keep the full photo, signature and any required name/date text inside the crop.

STEP 3

Export and inspect

Create the 200x300 px JPG at 30-200 KB and verify all template content remains clear.
