The Clerk application keeps the candidate portrait, handwriting and thumb impression as three distinct image files.
Clerk application photo
Photo uses a 200x230 px portrait output and targets the configured 20-50 KB range.
Handwritten signature
Signature uses a 140x60 px canvas and a smaller 10-20 KB target for the clerk application.
Left thumb image
Thumb is prepared on a 240x240 px square canvas and targets 20-50 KB.

Photo is 200x230 px and targets 20-50 KB in JPG.

The current SBI Clerk configuration intentionally includes only Photo, Signature and Thumb, so the interface does not present a Declaration preset.
No declaration preset is exposed in the current SBI Clerk interface; this page is limited to Photo, Signature and Thumb.
The configured Thumb output is 240x240 px so the impression can be centered with room around its edges.
Yes. Both target 20-50 KB, although the Photo is 200x230 px and Thumb is 240x240 px.
Inspect all handwriting strokes at the final 140x60 size and make sure the file stays inside the 10-20 KB target.
