Yes. The current platform captures a separate live photograph using a webcam or mobile workflow and compares it with the uploaded photo. ResizeBox can prepare the uploaded JPG, but the live camera step must still be completed in the portal.
No. Your source image should already contain three genuine signatures written one below another. Duplicating one signature would not follow the UPSC instruction, so ResizeBox only resizes and compresses the complete three-signature scan you provide.
Yes. This page follows the current UPSC photo and signature instructions used for the active application cycle, but the Commission can revise upload rules. Compare the downloaded JPG with the live portal and latest official guidance before submission.
