FEATURES

Prepare the current UPSC photo and triple-signature files

Use the new UPSC application-platform requirements instead of older OTR or recruitment presets that use different photo and signature rules.

Current UPSC photo range

Prepare a 400x400 px colour JPG between 20-300 KB, with a plain white background, full frontal view, both ears visible and about 75% face coverage.

Triple-signature requirement

The Signature preset is designed for one scan containing three real signatures written vertically, one below another, in black ink on clean plain white paper.

20-100 KB signature range

Encode the combined triple-signature scan as a JPG between 20 KB and 100 KB while keeping all three signatures clearly separated, properly oriented and readable.

400x400 px triple-signature canvas

Use a 400x400 px canvas for the triple-signature JPG, which stays inside UPSC’s stated 350x350 to 500x500 final-image range and keeps all three signatures visible.

Live photo remains a portal step

The uploaded colour photograph is not the same as the separate live photograph captured by webcam or phone and matched by the current UPSC application platform.

UPSC private browser processing

Resize and compress your UPSC photograph and signature scan locally in the browser, so these identity-related application images do not need to reach ResizeBox servers.

HOW IT WORKS

Prepare UPSC uploads in three steps

Choose Photo or Signature, prepare the correct source content, then create a JPG inside the current UPSC file-size range.

STEP 1

Choose the UPSC image type

Select Photo or Signature and review the current JPG file-size and pixel guidance shown in the Required Output panel.

STEP 2

Upload the UPSC signature source

For Signature, upload one image that already contains your three handwritten signatures stacked vertically on plain white paper.

STEP 3

Create the UPSC JPG

Create the JPG within the active UPSC KB range, inspect the result carefully, and save it locally for the application portal.

Prepare your UPSC photo and triple signature

Create current UPSC JPG files for the uploaded photo and three-signature scan while keeping both inside their required KB ranges.
