Build the RBI Assistant image set
The Assistant application needs four visually different uploads, from a small signature strip to a much wider handwritten declaration.
Assistant application portrait
Photo uses a 200x230 px canvas and targets 20-50 KB for the candidate image.
Signature under 20 KB
The 140x60 px Signature preset targets 10-20 KB, so start with clear handwriting and minimal blank space.
Square thumb source
Thumb is prepared at 240x240 px and 20-50 KB, giving the impression room to remain visible after resizing.
Declaration kept wide
The handwritten Declaration uses 800x400 px and 50-100 KB so multiple words can remain legible across the horizontal canvas.
RBI document switching
Changing tabs updates the crop geometry and compression target for the specific RBI Assistant upload you are preparing.
Review legibility before upload
Check both handwriting files after compression because signature strokes and declaration text can become harder to read at small sizes.
Prepare RBI Assistant images one document at a time
Use the active tab to keep the candidate portrait, signature, thumb and declaration from sharing the wrong dimensions.
Choose the RBI upload field
Select Photo, Signature, Thumb or Declaration and review the Required Output values for that document.
Position the RBI Assistant source
Use the portrait frame for Photo, the narrow strip for Signature, the square frame for Thumb or the wide area for Declaration.
Resize and check readability
Create the JPG, confirm its KB value and inspect the visible details before attaching it to the RBI Assistant form.
Create the RBI Assistant image files
Prepare four separate JPG downloads for the portrait, signature, thumb impression and declaration fields.
RBI Assistant image upload FAQ
Questions about the four document presets and why their output shapes differ.
Photo, Signature, Thumb and Declaration are available as separate tabs on this page.
The Declaration preset is 800x400 px and targets 50-100 KB in JPG.
Thumb uses 240x240 px and targets 20-50 KB.
The source contains handwriting across a wide canvas, so checking text clarity after compression helps catch a result that is technically small enough but visually poor.
Declaration is the largest at 800x400 px; Photo is 200x230, Thumb is 240x240 and Signature is only 140x60 px.
You can, but framing the handwritten line more efficiently inside the wide RBI Assistant canvas usually gives the text more useful space.
Signature is a short 140x60 mark, while Declaration contains longer handwriting across 800x400 px, so readability problems appear in different ways.
Confirm each document name, pixel dimensions, KB value and visible content before attaching the files to their respective application fields.
