Current NTA file-size limits
Use the current JEE Main ranges of 10-200 KB for Photo and 10-100 KB for Signature, with the correct JPG range applied automatically when you switch tabs.
Fixed Photo and Signature sizes
Use 275x354 px for Photo and 275x118 px for Signature, with the active tab switching the correct JPG file-size range before processing and download.
JEE Main JPG/JPEG output
Convert a supported source image to the JPG/JPEG format named by NTA and reduce quality or pixels only when necessary to bring the active document inside its maximum KB limit.
80% face guidance
The Photo preset reminds you that the current NTA flow asks for about 80% face visibility including the ears, without a mask, with a light background and suitable lighting.
Live photograph kept separate
JEE Main 2026 includes a separate camera-based live photograph step before document upload, so this tool prepares only the scanned Photograph and Signature files.
JEE Main private browser processing
Process the JEE Main photograph and signature locally in your browser, so these application images do not need to be transmitted to ResizeBox servers during resizing.
Prepare JEE Main images in three steps
Choose Photo or Signature, upload the correct source image, then create a JPG/JPEG inside the current NTA file-size range.
Choose the JEE Main document
Select the JEE Main image type and review its current NTA file-size range and JPG/JPEG format under Required Output.
Upload the matching source
Upload the JEE Main source and adjust it inside the fixed frame; ResizeBox then applies that document’s dimensions and KB range.
Compress the JEE Main image
Create the JPG/JPEG inside the active KB range, save it locally, and compare the result with the current JEE Main application form.
Prepare your JEE Main photo and signature
Create JEE Main Photo and Signature JPG files with the 275x354 and 275x118 pixel presets plus matching 10-200 KB and 10-100 KB limits.
JEE Main 2026 photo and signature questions
Review the current NTA file-size, format, face-visibility and live-photo requirements before submitting your JEE Main application.
The current JEE Main reference preset uses 275x354 px for the Photograph, JPG format and a 10-200 KB file-size range. The application also includes a separate live-photo capture step, so the uploaded file does not replace that camera capture.
The current JEE Main reference preset uses 275x118 px for the Signature, JPG format and a 10-100 KB file-size range. ResizeBox switches to that fixed size and compression range automatically when you choose the Signature tab.
ResizeBox uses 275x354 px for the JEE Main Photograph and 275x118 px for the Signature. Each tab applies its fixed dimensions together with JPG output and the corresponding 10-200 KB or 10-100 KB file-size range.
JEE Main Photo and Signature use fixed output dimensions in this tool, so ResizeBox keeps the selected 275x354 or 275x118 canvas while adjusting JPEG quality to fit the active file-size range before the download.
The current NTA live-photo guidance asks for a clear centered face, a light background, proper lighting and about 80% face visibility including the ears, without a mask. Use a recent clear source that follows the same appearance guidance.
Yes. The 2026 application flow includes a dedicated Capture Live Photograph step before Document Upload. This page only prepares the scanned Photograph and Signature files; the live image still has to be captured through the official portal.
The current JEE Main upload table specifies JPG/JPEG for both Photograph and Signature. ResizeBox therefore converts supported source images to JPEG for these presets instead of leaving the output as PNG or another unsupported image format.
Yes. This page follows the current JEE Main 2026 application specifications published by NTA, but upload requirements can change in later sessions. Compare the downloaded file with the live portal requirements before final submission.
