Four CRP-RRB XV presets
Use one page for the uploaded photo, signature, left thumb impression and handwritten declaration, with each tab applying the current IBPS preferred output settings.
Correct KB range per document
Automatically switch between 20-50 KB for Photo, 10-20 KB for Signature, 20-50 KB for Thumb and the correct 50-100 KB for the Handwritten Declaration.
Preferred IBPS dimensions
Apply the current preferred dimensions of 200x230, 140x60, 240x240 or 800x400 px without needing to remember which upload field uses which canvas.
Document-specific framing
The crop target changes from portrait Photo to wide Signature, square Thumb and 2:1 Declaration, keeping each source framed without stretching its contents.
JPG/JPEG output
Convert supported source images to JPG/JPEG for all four image fields while keeping the active document inside its official file-size range before download.
Local browser processing
Process sensitive application images in your browser, so the photo, signature, thumb impression and declaration do not need to be uploaded to ResizeBox servers.
Prepare IBPS RRB documents in three steps
Choose the upload field, frame the correct source image, then create a JPG that matches the current IBPS range.
Choose the document type
Select Photo, Signature, Thumb Impression or Declaration and review the preferred dimensions and KB range shown under Required Output.
Upload and frame the source
Open the matching image, then move or zoom it in the crop so the face, signature, impression or declaration remains clearly visible.
Resize and download
Create the JPG with the active IBPS preset, fit it into the specified KB range, then save the prepared result for the CRP-RRB XV form.

IBPS RRB image upload questions
Check the current CRP-RRB XV photo, signature, thumb impression and declaration requirements before submitting your application.
The current CRP-RRB XV guidelines list a passport-size Photograph, Signature, Left Thumb Impression and Handwritten Declaration as separate uploads. The application also asks candidates to capture an additional live photograph during registration.
IBPS specifies a recent 4.5 cm x 3.5 cm passport-style colour photograph, with 200x230 pixels listed as the preferred dimensions and a file size between 20 KB and 50 KB. A light-coloured, preferably white, background is recommended.
The current guideline lists 140x60 pixels as the preferred signature dimensions and requires a 10-20 KB file. The applicant must sign on white paper with black ink, and a signature written in CAPITAL LETTERS is not accepted.
The Left Thumb Impression should be JPG/JPEG, preferably 240x240 pixels at 200 DPI, which corresponds to 3 cm x 3 cm, and the file must stay between 20 KB and 50 KB. IBPS allows black or blue ink on white paper.
The Handwritten Declaration should be JPG/JPEG, preferably 800x400 pixels at 200 DPI, equivalent to 10 cm x 5 cm, with a file size of 50-100 KB. It must be written clearly in English on white paper using black ink.
Yes. The current CRP-RRB XV instructions require a live photograph captured with a webcam or mobile phone in addition to the regular uploaded passport photograph. This tool prepares the scanned upload, not the live capture step.
The scanning instructions use JPG/JPEG for the image uploads, including the Thumb Impression and Handwritten Declaration. ResizeBox fixes all four image presets to JPEG so you do not accidentally download an unsupported format.
Yes. This page follows the CRP-RRB XV 2026 scanning guidelines published through the IBPS registration portal, but IBPS can revise requirements in future cycles. Always compare the final files with the live form before submission.
